All production facilities are based in Far East by now, but there also nothing is left to chance as well. All plants are certified by ISO9002 and all products are being manufactured in accordance to the strict European guidelines CE and ROHS.
The close contact by email and or telephone/video conference between Germany and Far East virtually on a daily basis as well as personal visits at the factories about every two months ensure a superior quality control.
Because of the strong confidence in the quality of their products, t&mSystems offers a limited 5-year-warranty on each loudspeaker model. And even if a damage occurs, it will be repaired in their own service department as fast as can be.
By now t&mSystems loudspeakers are being used in a lot of fixed installed or mobile pa-systems in Germany, all over Europe and in some more parts of the world. Universities, colleges, academies, shopping malls, outlet centers, bars and clubs trust in the quality, the service and support.
